Expect the extraordinary whether the good or the bad to rear its head and take you for a turn. If you anticipate the worst you’ll normally find yourself pleasantly surprised because you didn’t fail like you thought you would. On the contrary, if you hope for the best outcome you will most likely be disappointed because you expected a fabulous report but in reality you’re only average(it’s a sucky feeling). So, in order to be happy as much as possible just expect anything or nothing cause if you expect nothing you don’t have to even prepare yourself.
But, here lies the problem if you have anxiety or you’re just a natural stressor you will overthink everything and expect the worst. If you’re an over thinker stop thinking. Let life surprise you. I know it’s easier said than done but still try. You may find yourself just a little happier all the time.
